About Us<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

High Performance Computing (HPC) involves the use of advanced computational systems and technologies, characterised by high efficiency and performance. HPC caters to computing tasks that require one or several of the following: handling substantial data volumes, executing large-scale computations, ensuring rapid response times, optimising power utilisation, adhering to stringent security standards, and maintaining a high level of robustness and scalability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hong Kong High Performance Computing Association (\u9999\u6e2f\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u8a08\u7b97\u5b78\u6703) (hereinafter described as \u201cthe Association\u201d) is committed to promoting research, development, education, scientific and commercial applications, and enhancing public understanding, across all facets of HPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
